You may return your purchased products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is in unused, undamaged, and resellable condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and inserts.
- The product was purchased directly from our website, SmartGlassesForStudents.com.
Note: We do not accept returns for used, worn, or damaged products unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping. For hygiene reasons, returns of opened eyewear packaging are also not accepted unless the item is faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products marked as final sale or clearance.
- Customized or personalized products (such as custom lenses or frames).
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, ensuring that the product is protected during shipping. Be sure to include all accessories, tags, and documentation that came with the product. - Ship the Product:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return is not accepted (e.g., if the product is used or damaged), we will notify you, and the product will be returned to you at your cost.
